equipping vocational education and training (VET) educators
with essential tools
The Project
The “Planet Goals – Sustainable VET Education for the Global Goals” project focuses on equipping vocational education and training (VET) educators with essential tools to integrate the 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) into their teaching practices. Aimed primarily at enhancing social, environmental, and digital transformation, this project seeks to align VET with current labor market needs while promoting pro-social and pro-environmental attitudes among educators, students, and partner organizations.
Coordinated by Mälardalen University in Sweden, the “Planet Goals” project aspires to impact over 1,400 participants, promoting a more sustainable and socially responsible VET ecosystem across Europe. Through the emphasis on innovative digital tools and inclusive educational practices, this project envisions a future where VET institutions play an active role in fostering global citizenship and sustainable development.
